Montco lawyer to take post as bar association president The inauguration of Montgomery County lawyer C. Dale McClain as the 114th president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association will take place Thursday in Hershey at the association's annual meeting. McClain, of Lansdale, will be the first solo practitioner to be named president of the 29,000-member PBA.
He is sole practitioner in the Haverford and Worcester law firm of C. Dale McClain Ltd. McClain is also the first certified public accountant to hold the office, and the first president from Montgomery County since 1963. He also served as president of the Montgomery Bar Association in 1990.
