It's a great week for professional cycling. The 2008 Tour de France begins on Saturday, and the winner of the 2006 Tour will be decided today. Floyd Landis has taken the longest ride in cycling history since crossing the finish line on the Champs-Elysees nearly two years ago. He tested positive for having high levels of artificial testosterone in his body, was stripped of the title, lost an arbitration hearing on the matter, appealed that ruling, and today gets a final decision from the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
