John J. O'Neill, 86, who for the better part of 40 years practiced family medicine in Delaware County the old-fashioned way, died Wednesday of congestive heart failure at his home in Havertown. Dr. O'Neill, who graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1949, practiced from an office on Long Lane in Upper Darby until he retired in 1991. From is the operative word, because Dr.
