Eagles Notes: Eagles make fast getaway from camp

Eagles Notes BETHLEHEM, Pa. -  Butch Buchanico,  the Eagles' director of security, calls it the Lehigh 500 because the players race down the Northeast Extension and away from their dormitory rooms at Lehigh University. It's also known as the end of training camp at Lehigh, a happy time for the players and coaches, who have spent the last three weeks going through two-a-day workouts.

The Eagles completed camp with a mock game early yesterday morning. They will play their second preseason game tonight against the Panthers at the Linc. The next practice session will be held Saturday at the NovaCare Complex, but there is no guarantee the players will be joined by guard  Shawn Andrews , who has missed all of camp after telling the Eagles he is suffering from depression.
