Iguodala signing expected

The 76ers are expected to officially announce the re-signing of Andre Iguodala today. Last week, the 6-foot-6 swingman agreed in principle to a deal worth $80 million over six years, according to an NBA source. The deal includes incentives worth up to $5 million and a player option for the sixth season.

The Sixers also added power forward Elton Brand along with guards Royal Ivey and Kareem Rush this summer. In addition, general manager Ed Stefanski re-signed guard Lou Williams, who, like Iguodala, had been a restricted free agent. Stefanski has said he will try to sign a big man to replace center Jason Smith, who suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee earlier this month.
