* CBS helps celebrate the season with A Home for the Holidays (tonight, 8 ET/PT), a musical special with a message about adoption. No Doubt, Sheryl Crow, Mya, Enrique Iglesias, Vince Gill and Amy Grant help supply the music, and Lauren Holly, Jamie Foxx and Rene Russo talk about the message.

* It's Jim Belushi night on ABC! He makes a guest appearance on I'm With Her (8:30 p.m. ET/PT) as a dance instructor who tries to teach Patrick to swing. He follows that with his own show, According to Jim (9 p.m. ET/PT), which features a Christmas visit from Cheryl's mother. No, Jim is not exactly a critical favorite, but it's far more popular than anyone ever imagined it would be. I bow to his success.
