0 Comments | USA TODAY, April, 2004 | by Del Jones and Bill Keveney
The public may hate downsizing, layoffs and jobs moving to India, but as many as 30 million Americans are expected to watch Donald Trump utter, "You're fired!" on tonight's final episode of NBC's reality hit The Apprentice.
It will be Trump's 15th firing, but he will also be able to say, "You're hired," for the first time: to New York investment manager Kwame Jackson or to Chicago entrepreneur Bill Rancic.
Work is usually boring and mundane, says Marcus Buckingham, co-author of First, Break All the Rules: What the World's Greatest Managers Do Differently. Tonight from 9 to 11 (ET), we go home and watch it all on steroids, he says.
So, what have we learned about life in the boardroom?
