*Though it's wonderful to have Sean Connery back as Bond,Never Say Never Again (AMC, tonight, 8 ET/PT) is nevertheless one of the least satisfactory 007 films. Produced outside of the series, this inferior Thunderball remake suffers from its outcast sta- tus -- most particularly, surprisingly, in its score. As it turns out, Bond without the Bond theme, and with painfully dull music in its stead, just isn't Bond.
*Matthew Perry drops by Scrubs (NBC, 9 p.m. ET/PT) and brings a family member with him. Perry guests as a wayward son who is called upon to donate his kidney to his ill father, played by Perry's real-life dad, John Bennett Perry.
