Woods four strokes off lead at Funai

Correction ran 10/25/2005: A news brief Friday about the Funai Classic golf event misstated in some editions the number of strokes Tiger Woods was behind the first-round leader. He was five strokes back.
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Tiger Woods opened with a 4-under-par 68 and was fivestrokes from the lead Thursday as he chased his seventh win this season in the Funai Classic at Walt Disney World Resort. Woods also seeks a record he no longer holds: the $10.905million season money mark Vijay Singh set last year.
Woods leads the PGA Tour money list with $9.913million and can pass Singh with $992,142 here and the Tour Championship in two weeks, his final Tour events this year.
