Mason throws brickbats into pros' NCAA brackets

Just like the rest of the basketball world, NBA standouts Mike Dunleavy and Jason Richardson are stunned by George Mason's march through the NCAA tournament.

The Golden State Warriors teammates, who both won national championships in college, have filled out new brackets each week through the tournament for USA TODAY. And, each week, GMU blew them up.

"Mine? What about everybody else's?" Dunleavy said of the bracket chaos the Patriots created. Dunleavy, who won a title with Duke in 2001, was 38-for-58 on his picks; Richardson, who helped Michigan State win in 2000, 31-for-58. Neither of them picked a team that reached the Final Four.
