Question: I purchased airline tickets to Puerto Rico, as well as insurance for the tickets, from Travelocity. I changed my original flight date due to illness and was charged $121 for the change fee and fare difference. I then had to cancel the trip the day before departure because I was still sick and contacted both Travelocity and BerkelyCare, the insurance company. My insurance claim totaled $622, which included the original ticket cost of $501 plus the $121 in changes.
