Low-fare options: Air Canada is adding capacity in Eastern Canada to provide consumers with travel options at low fares after the termination of scheduled flights by CanJet Airlines. Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz will add flights and larger aircraft to serve the region on an as-needed basis in September and launch four flights in October.
Laptop ban: Korean Air has banned the in-flight use of Dell and some Apple laptop computers while operating on battery power, citing recent recalls related to possible battery fires.
