NFL's woefuls still winless

Between them, they are 0-18 and worst in the NFL in a variety of areas other than victories and defeats. None starts the same quarterback as last year. They are the league's losers, its four winless teams. The Detroit Lions and Tennessee Titans tie for the worst record at 0-5, with the Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers right behind (or ahead) at 0-4.
Now here's a surprise. They're stunned by their wide-ranging failure. "I never expected to be in the position that we are," Titans coach Jeff Fisher says.
