*Adults may think they've heard too much too soon about too many presidential candidates, but that's not likely to keep children away from the campaign that matters most to them: Patrick's race for president on SpongeBob SquarePants (Nickelodeon, 7 p.m. ET/PT). The cartoon returns with three brand-new episodes devoted to America's favorite invertebrate, a marathon that culminates with the final vote tally for Bikini Bottom president. A starfish for president? Hey, we've done worse.
