Wiggle room for weather is needed

Bud Selig is taking a lot of deserved bows these days for the changes he's made as commissioner, moves that have helped the game prosper.
But if Mr. Commissioner is really a miracle worker, then there's one more thing he'll get done: change the weather.
Selig bragged last month about how addicted he is to The Weather Channel, saying he sometimes does a better job of predicting highs, lows and storms than the pros.
If he's that good, he should have predicted this would be a dreadful April and tinkered with the schedule to save most teams a ton of postponements.
