*If you want a great summer series experience tonight, go to AMC for Mad Men. If you want a great movie experience, go to TCM, which has a Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers double feature, Roberta (8 ET/5 PT) and Follow the Fleet (10 ET/7 PT). They're slightly second-level Astaire/Rogers, but their second level is better than almost anyone else's first.

*Ugly Betty (ABC, 8 ET/PT) repeats one of its riskier, funnier episodes, as Fashion Week brings out the characters' and the show's most flamboyant instincts.
