This summer's version of USA TODAY's annual Beach TV guide offers a choice: Set your mind on recline and bask in the glare of the screen, or get in the swim and lose a little brain flab.
Either way you go, Bill Keveney has some advice on cable shows -- from itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie to plus-size, at least for their networks -- that will protect you from repeat exhaustion. But you'll have to figure out how to attach the satellite dish to your umbrella.
