HOLLYWOOD -- Whoopee.

It's Sexual Harassment Day at Private Practice, ABC's highly anticipated Grey's Anatomy spinoff premiering Wednesday (9 p.m. ET/PT). The cast and crew are less than thrilled about having to attend a studio-required lecture on the perils of inappropriate compliments.

Series star Kate Walsh, who endured the same seminars during her three years playing Dr. Addison Montgomery on Grey's, is overjoyed that publicizing her new show has provided her an easy excuse to slip away.
