Is it any wonder TV writers love Halloween? Not only does the holiday give them a built-in hook, it also allows them to shove their stars into funny costumes -- some of which you suspect are chosen as revenge fantasies. So expect a lot of dressing up this week on your favorite shows.
*On Chuck (NBC, 8 ET/PT), for example, Halloween proves to be another sore spot for Morgan (Joshua Gomez), who feels Chuck is neglecting him, their friendship and the holiday. Odds are, in between fighting spies, Chuck is going to have to find a costumed way to make it up to his buddy.
