Blog entry: Zagat Survey, the company best known for its reader-generated restaurant guides, also applies its methodology to the airline industry. The results of the latest airline survey reveal that passengers remain loyal to Midwest Airlines, and newcomer Virgin America has quickly vaulted to the top of the heap. In Zagat's iconic quote snippets, readers describe Midwest as an "excellent value" with "extraordinarily helpful" staff, while Virgin America could set a "new benchmark."
