'Money' to 'Vegas' to 'Bees,' Latifah will be all over in '08

HOLLYWOOD -- The Queen has a full slate in '08. Appearing onscreen now in The Perfect Holiday, Queen Latifah, 37, will host The People's Choice Awards Jan. 8 and compete for a Golden Globe Jan. 13 for her role in the TV movie Life Support. But there are three more projects she's excited about in the new year.
Mad Money, Jan. 18: Latifah, Diane Keaton and Katie Holmes are U.S. Treasury workers who plot the theft of old bills destined to be destroyed.
Latifah's own days of crime are well behind her. She no longer discuses two brushes with the law in 1996 (arrests involving assault and carrying a pistol and marijuana), but she gamely 'fesses up to swiping a candy bar from a store as a wayward Catholic schoolgirl in New Jersey.
