Funny, perhaps, but Barack Obama supporter Morris Levin wasn't laughing Tuesday.
Major League Baseball forced him to shut down his online T-shirt business, which used MLB team logos to promote Obama's presidential campaign. The T-shirts violated MLB's trademarks,
TheSmokingGun.com reported.
"I would prefer not to comment," Levin told USA TODAY via e-mail.
MLB officials did not respond to USA TODAY's request for comment.
