The good news: With a full dose of hammering sleaze-rock, Saints could be ripped straight off the Dr. Feelgood prescription pad. Amid a sinus-clearing roar of drums and guitars, Vince Neil bellows on the title track, "Sipping at the Troubadour, girls passed out, naked in the back lounge, everybody's gonna score!" The bad news: see above. Inspired by its 2001 Dirt memoir, the band simply rehashes days of debauchery and recycles '80s riffs and rebellion with no sign of updating its sound or social agenda. -- Edna Gundersen
