Bettman tells feuding GMs to knock it off

The NHL has had enough of the Brian Burke-Kevin Lowe feud, and Commissioner Gary Bettman has ordered both men to make no more public comment about their feelings for each other.
NHL vice president Frank Brown confirmed that a conference call between Bettman, Anaheim Ducks general manager Burke and Edmonton Oilers GM Lowe took place Monday but offered no details.
Their feud began last summer when Lowe gave an offer sheet to Anaheim player Dustin Penner. Burke declined to match the Oilers' offer to Penner of more than $4million a season and accepted draft picks as compensation.
