JACKSONVILLE -- Defensive end Derrick Harvey has not played a down for the Jacksonville Jaguars but already owns part of a franchise record -- albeit one he probably could live without.
While every other first-round pick from April's draft has signed, Harvey missed training camp Wednesday to equal the 19-day holdout by quarterback Byron Leftwich before the 2003 season.

Ken Kremer, Harvey's agent, could not be reached to comment.
