Cameron's project: Get offense moving

WESTMINSTER, Md. -- There are tougher jobs out there than the one Cam Cameron has as the Baltimore Ravens new offensive coordinator.
Consider some occupations featured on Dirty Jobs, the series on the Discovery Channel: Septic tank technician. Road kill collector. Worm dung farmer.
In the NFL world, though, few roles are as challenging as Cameron's task.
Fix the Ravens offense?
That's a job description from hell, considering the past and present.
In the last decade, not once did the Ravens offense rank higher than 14th in the NFL, quantifying a general lack of potency. Sure, Baltimore won Super Bowl XXXV with a minimal-mistake unit supporting a prolific defense. But basically, the Ravens offense has been an 800-pound weight bogging down the program. In each of the last five years, and in eight of nine seasons, the defense ranked no worse than sixth in the league.
