Replay isn't only item MLB should modify

So this morning we wake up to a brave new world. On the same day a man of color accepts the nomination to be president of the United States, Major League Baseball will allow the umpires to use instant replay.
Really, which one did you think you'd see first?
Starting today, the men in blue meet the eye in the sky. As revolutionary developments go for baseball, this is not quite like turning on the lights for the first night game. It might not even rise to the level of the introduction of the pine tar rag. Disputed home runs are not that common an animal.
Still, it's a big deal, given that baseball has a reputation for hitching its rule changes on the back of a glacier.
