NEW YORK -- "Good taste in design by no means depends on money" was a favorite saying of famed interior decorator David Hicks. And it's a mantra his daughter, model and designer India, will follow as host of the second season of Bravo's Top Design (premiering Wednesday, 10 ET/PT).
"With the downturn in the economy, more people are staying at home, and they want a nice environment," India Hicks says. "Design can definitely be learned, and we can help."
