Authors Greg McMillan and Juliana Risner cover nutrition, injury prevention, training, racing and cross-training. The spiral-bound book with cartoon-like illustrations is lighthearted, easy to read and jam-packed with valuable information for the beginner, working well for individual use or as a group textbook.
