Best Case Scenario
AFAA, with its nationally accredited, excellent, motivating presenters, has helped me change my lifestyle from being a couch potato to someone fit, with lots of energy and feeling younger. I have also been able to control my weight problem and live a very healthy happy life. I plan to continue being certified with AFAA for many years to come. Keep up the good work!

Mark of the Professional
I am a registered nurse and believe that being certified by a professional organization [like AFAA] is best. The professional attitude of the workshop presenters is truly impressive. I am on a journey to better health and am interested in teaching others and helping them reach their fitness goals with me!

Looking to the Future
Congratulations to Minnie Pearl Wilhite, age 91, who strives for fitness on a Nautilus Compound Rowing machine. This is a heroic feat and I applaud her. I am 45 years old now and hope I will have the endurance at her age to stay fit and in shape. "Lifting for Longevity" (September/October 2000) is an inspiration for all! Thank you, American Fitness, for bringing this to light!

Persistence and Pride
I chose AFAA as my [certification source] and continuing education tutor because of its well-known and well-respected reputation as one of the country's leading institutes in exercise and health related issues. I am certain that because of this reputation, my certification will be honored anywhere I choose to work. My goals are being achieved as I apply the updated and scientifically based exercise principles that AFAA prides itself on. Thank you for your continued efforts.
