Visual Health Information (VHI), the maker of illustrated exercise cards and computer exercise software, has added the Plyometric, Stabilization & Advanced Functional Exercises kit to its catalogue of tools for fitness professionals. The kit includes cards which demonstrate and explain 226 exercises for the trunk, upper and lower extremities and exercises with a medicine ball. It also includes early, middle and advanced conditioning programs for 15 different sports. These tools have been designed for professionals, such as physical, pediatric and occupational therapists, chiropractors, athletic and fitness trainers.

Other VHI collections include strength training, tubing, ball and aquatic exercises, exercise and rehab, stretching, Pilates, hatha yoga, foam roller and a body mechanics resource library. VHI has created exercise cards and computer exercise software since 1980. They are found in health clubs, hospitals, schools, universities, physical therapy, chiropractic and sports medicine clinics.
