In Denise Austin's Fat Blasting Yoga and Yoga Buns (Artisan Home Entertainment; $14.98), Austin takes the viewer through a fast moving series of powerful poses and dynamic strength moves designed to create a long, lean sculpted look. In the 60-minute Fat Blasting Yoga, Austin's rapid vinyasas work the body aerobically while developing strength and muscle tone.

"Research shows continuous yoga practice can produce similar benefits to that of aerobic exercise, especially when performing vinyasa or flow of the poses," says Austin. "Do this workout at least three times a week and in 21 days you'll see results."

For Yoga Buns, she choreographed a 30-minute workout designed to tighten and tone the buttocks, hips and thighs while providing the benefits of balance and flexibility.

Austin stars in Denise Austin's Fit and Lite and Denise Austin's Daily Workout on Lifetime Television for Women, has a monthly television show on QVC and has created more than 30 exercise videos. Denise Austin's Fat Blasting Yoga and Yoga Buns are available at video retailers.
