AFAA's new locator services

In cooperation with its corporate affiliates, AFAA is proud to announce the development of a variety of services created exclusively for AFAA professionals. To help fitness professionals enhance their career opportunities, AFAA is expanding its locator services to provide them with access to a wealth of new programs and services. We are working closely with our corporate partners to develop programs that will help AFAA professionals locate clients, workshops, jobs and other features suited to each individual's skills and interests. Our ultimate goal is to build an interactive network that lets the fitness professional view an extensive database of services and allows them to establish new client referrals and find exciting career opportunities.

Currently offered is AFAA's Pharmacy Locator (Public Health Initiative, PHI), which allows AFAA professionals to find and select a pharmacy online, where they can conduct free body fat tests, meet many potential clients and earn free CEUs.

Also available is AFAA'S Workshop Locator, which allows users to search and select the workshops nearest them. Other AFAA locator services utilizing the speed and convenience of the Internet are under development and will be available soon.

We are proud of all of our certified professionals and offer these services to increase the career flexibility of every AFAA professional. We look forward to making these new services available throughout the approaching months.
