Earlier this year The New England Journal of Medicine published a study confirming that people can significantly reduce their blood pressure by adding more fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy to their diet. "In addition, a diet high in these foods can increase the intake of fiber, calcium and antioxidants, while lowering total fat intake," says Dr.
