Meeting of the Minds AFAA Style

Many of AFAA's international workshop team leaders met for an annual Consultant Networking at World Fitness IDEA 2000 in Anaheim, California. Together with AFAA Board Members Nancy Gillette, Kathy Stevens and Laura Gladwin, the group of Certification Specialists, Consultants and Examiners worked on updates for the new Primary Certification (scheduled to debut this year).

The July 2000 event was organized by Director of Consultant Networkings Lauri Reimer. Patti Mantia, Pearlas Sanborn and Mary Yoke agreed to join the development committee for the new practical exam. Also joining them were Mat Science[R] developer Linda Shelton, Senior Fitness Presenter Greg Welch and AFAA KickBoxing Certification co-developers Jill Boyer-Holland and Linda Romaine.

A great time was shared by all. See you again this year for the annual meeting in San Francisco!
