I wanted to let you know about my positive experience with the Telefitness[R] Certification. My experience has been due in a large part to the excellent customer service provided by Carrie Donmoyer.
Every time I experienced any difficulty, she was pleasant and efficient. She always got back to me and was easy to work with. I recommend this program for its content but more importantly the tremendous customer service provided. I have not experienced this incredible level of customer service with other fitness organizations.
