ROLLING, TWISTING & TURNING YOUR WAY TO FITNESS

Only a kid could love a title like that. Someone brought a video camera into a gymnasium and taped Springfield College Coach Steve Posner, barking at youngsters to skip, hop, roll and twist. Caution: this tape may remind you of your old gym class - "OK, everybody skip across the floor. "Now, hop across the floor...sommersault...roll sideways..." And so it goes, for 52 minutes. This tape is obviously directed to physical educators or elementary teachers who need to be reminded jumping, shuffling and galloping loosen muscles and joints and provide a basic body awareness for other athletic activities. Reviewers stated they could not get their kids to follow along with this video start to finish. However, in a real-life supervised setting, their children would probably respond favorably to a class taught by Posner.
