* Increase the slides per minute.

* Increase the range of motion in the arm or leg patterns.

* Use movements that get across the board rapidly in a low tucked position.

* Increase the pushing and dragging of the feet across the board surface. Aerobic dance

* Include more explosive high-impact movements, e.g. squat jumps and spring jacks.

* Increase range of motion in arm and leg patterns, e.g. high knee lifts with full arm circles.

* Travel more in a horizontal and vertical range.
