Mom's muscles

After my two children were born, I weighed 225 pounds and was very unhappy with my body. So I went on a weight-loss mission, and for 18 months 1 trained with weights and did cardio six days a week. I've lost 78 pounds, and I look and feel awesome. Thanks, M&F; you've been an incredible source of knowledge.
