Anyone who spends ample amounts of time in the gym is always looking for a new cardio challenge. Try this: After a five-minute warm-up, increase the incline on the treadmill by I degree each minute until you get as high as you can handle, then drop 2 degrees each minute to return to flat. Follow with a five-minute flat jog or brisk walk cool-down.
