Cutting carbs

I've always been very into fitness, and I've read M&F for the past five years. Every month I find useful information on nutrition and training techniques that have helped me customize a routine that continues to transform my body and health. This picture is the result of my latest six-week low-/high-carb modification diet. I trained five days a week along with four cardio sessions and three ab workouts. With goals, hard work and determination, anything is achievable.
