EAT THIS: Eggs

You should already be eating them for breakfast, because whole eggs are an excellent source of high-quality protein, and they contain two compounds that are particularly good at enhancing muscle growth and strength. One is leucine, a branched-chain amino acid that's critical to protein synthesis. The other, cholesterol, is found exclusively in the yolk, and is not only involved in the creation of testosterone but has been shown to increase both strength and lean mass.
