WEEK TWO

Add "plyometrics circuit" to other circuits.

WEEK THREE

Without subtracting anything, add a second circuit on the treadmill.

WEEK FOUR

Without subtracting anything, add a second circuit on the elliptical trainer.

WEEK FIVE (AND BEYOND)

Without subtracting anything, either replace the fourth minute in each circuit with 2 minutes done at "hard" intensity or add 1 minute to the end of each individual circuit.
