Both my fiance and I enjoy reading m&f. I try to eat healthy, though it's sometimes hard to know which foods and beverages are "good" and which ones are "bad"! Thanks for clearing up the caffeine myths in your January issue. I knew it could enhance performance, but didn't know it was beneficial for burning fat. Now I'll enjoy my coffee habit more!
