Law School Admission Test required by 196 law schools was charged by The Justice Department as unfair to the physically disabled because they are denied extra time to take it. The council, which administers the test, was charged with violating the ADA when it denied four people with disabilities, including cerebral palsy and arthritis, extra time on the multiple-choice portion.
