For a dazzling topping for broiled fish (or side dish for anything), dice two mangoes, 3/4 cup of vidalia or other sweet onions, and 1/2 cup of red bell pepper. Sprinkle with lime juice. For an added kick, dice in a seeded jalapeno pepper.
