A shared interest in the vegetarian lifestyle has turned friends Del Golden and Linda Colucci into culinary sensations. Founders of Del `n' Coluch MeatFree Cooks, they also run private cooking classes for a growing list of Hollywood celebrities and have recently launched the popular culinary video, "Del `n' Coluch Cook MeatFree for Family & Friends."
The fast friends define themselves as "home-schooled professional cooks" who have converted the basics of organic, family-style cooking into meat-free recipes fit for all palates. Based in Southern California, Golden, born in the Philippines, and Colucci, born in New Jersey, have merged their diverse ethnic and geographic cooking experiences into flavorful, hearty, healthy meals that have won them an impressive following.
Currently the duo teaches hands-on, demonstration-style cooking at several venues, including Whole Foods Market and the Laguna Culinary Arts School.
