One-half cup (4 ounces) of extra-firm tofu contains the following:
85 calories 9 g. fat (0 saturated) 3 g. carbohydrates 154 mg. calcium 2 mg. iron 8 mg. sodium 50 mg. potassium
(The nutritional content of tofu will vary slightly depending on what strain of soybean was used and what method was used to process it.)
