Three-Berry Gratin

30 min. 4 SERVINGS EGG-FREE

Here's a delicious version of a classic Russian dessert, lightened with low-fat yogurt instead of sour cream. For a simple variation, try this with sliced bananas.

1 1/2 to 2 cups raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
4 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

1. Preheat broiler. Divide berries among 4 individual gratin or other shallow ovenproff dishes.

2. Evenly spoon 1/4 cup yogurt over each, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Broil until sugar melts and caramelizes, about two minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning. Serve hot.

PER SERVING: 132 CAL., 4G PROT.; 2G TOTAL FAT (1G SAT FAT);' 27G CARB.; 4MG CHOL.; 49MG SOD.; 4G FIBER
