Look to the future

Have you considered doing an article on the future need for vegetarian/vegetarian friendly retirement/ assisted living homes? (I, don't mean just steamed vegetables and pasta!) This is becoming one of my great desires, that my food needs can be accommodated as I age and want to make a transition to community housing. Since there is probably a decent contingent of baby boomer vegetarians, we need some place to go, hopefully in an exciting and warm city. Are there any entrepreneurs thinking about this? I think it would be an interesting article for you to pursue.
